OUR VISION
We aim to accelerate the learning and development of coaches to empower non-profit organizations so they can fully develop the potential of their people, their mission and the impact on the communities they serve.
We do this by:
Providing coaching engagements to non-profit organizations on a sliding scale to reduce the financial barrier to accessing our services
Introduce coaching to nonprofits to address challenges such as communication, engagement and focus
Creating learning communities of practice, where coaches can build their skills and abilities by coaching in the non-profit sector
Connecting people with passion and insight to use their gifts and talents to change the world
