  • Founding Director

    After a shift from a 20+ year career in retail leadership and HR, Kels has being using her skills and expertise as a leadership coach. She is incredibly passionate about mentorship and empowering those who are making a positive impact in the world. She helped build Fuse to be able to create a community of supportive coaches and to give back to non-profits.

  • Founding DIrector

    Rob brings more than 25 years of leadership experience to his work as a leadership and team coach. An ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and graduate of UBC’s Certificate in Organizational Coaching, he is passionate about helping leaders and teams strengthen communication, build trust, and create healthy, high-performing workplace cultures.

    As a Founding Director of FUSE, Rob is committed to making quality coaching more accessible to leaders and teams in the not-for-profit sector. He believes coaching can help mission driven organizations navigate complexity, strengthen their people, and increase the impact they have in their communities.
